1. Introduction
This Platform Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the platform, including posting requests, submitting proposals, and transacting with other users. This is a placeholder document; the final terms will be published before launch.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this Agreement with your electronic digital signature (E-IMZO) during verification, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must not complete verification or use the verified features of the platform.
3. Accounts & Verification
Verification confirms your identity and, where applicable, your business entity (legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or self-employed status) using official registry data.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and certificate secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Roles — Clients & Merchants
Verified users may act as Clients (posting requests and engaging providers). Eligible verified users may additionally enable the Merchant role to list services and submit proposals.
Physical persons may participate as Clients only and cannot enable the Merchant role.
5. Payments & Escrow
Where escrow or platform-mediated payments are used, funds and settlement are handled according to the payment terms in effect at the time of the transaction. Bank details you provide are used solely for settlement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, infringing the rights of others, or attempting to circumvent verification, security, or payment controls.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement or applicable law. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to settling any outstanding obligations.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
