The INBIZ platform is open to absolutely all individuals and legal entities acting as a Client (customer/buyer), and to any business entity (legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and self-employed people) acting as a Merchant (contractor/seller).

How do I register on the INBIZ platform?

Accepted Answer

To register on the INBIZ platform, press the “Log in” button and sign in with an SMS code or your digital signature key. Then, once you complete verification (identity confirmation) with your digital signature, you can use every advantage of our platform.

How is the contract for using the platform concluded?

The contract with the INBIZ platform is concluded electronically at the moment an already registered user is verified as a Merchant (contractor), using an electronic digital signature.

What payments are charged for using the platform, and how are they paid?

The INBIZ platform charges no commission on deals made inside the platform. A user acting as a Merchant pays only a fixed subscription fee in line with the published Pricing.
The user pays for the platform's services against an issued invoice, by transferring the amount to the account of the Platform Operator or, where that method is available to the user, by bank card through the payment systems.

To receive requests relevant to your line of work you can tune the shared feed using filters by category, region, budget and so on.

If you want to respond to a request, simply open its details in the shared feed and set out the terms of your proposal: the price, the delivery time and any other details.

Yes, you can change your original proposal unilaterally while the customer has not yet accepted it, or at any time by mutual agreement with the customer.

Yes, you can sign a paper contract with the client using the template the platform provides or your own. Note, though, that our platform was built specifically to simplify and speed up the process of closing a deal using modern technology.

A registered and verified user acting as a Client can create a request by pressing the “New request” button and filling in the request parameters: the subject, the expected budget and the delivery time.

Unfortunately you cannot change your original request, as that could create difficulties for the merchants who have already responded to it. You can, however, discuss new terms with the merchant in chat and close the deal on the changed terms.

You pay for the services/goods under a contract concluded through the platform in the manner and on the terms agreed in that contract. The platform is not a party to the deal and takes no part in the financial settlements between the parties.
